Leg Extensions will help shape and tone your quads while Squats work to also strengthen the muscles in your entire lower body with each downward motion. Lastly, Leg Press (done correctly) can help develop most of the muscles in you legs efficiently by pushing them above what you would normally do when walking or running. All of these exercises can be used individually or combined for an intense leg workout!
