Avoid loud conversations, phone calls, or dropping weights. The gym is a shared space, and everyone is there to focus on their workout. Keep noise to a minimum and be mindful of others’ concentration.

Space Invasion

Give people their personal space. Don’t hover around someone waiting for them to finish their set. Maintain a respectful distance and wait your turn. Personal space is sacred, especially when someone is in the zone!

Unsolicited Advice

Unless someone asks for your help, avoid giving unsolicited advice. While you may have good intentions, not everyone may appreciate it. Focus on your workout and let others do the same.
