Of course, this person is aware that you don't agree with them, and you may see their effort as being rather arrogant. You could certainly step onto your own soapbox if you wanted to, but do you really want to do that? If you are secure in your opinion, you will not be threatened by someone else's opinion. Remind yourself of this today, and you can avoid a potentially volatile conflict.
